I found the breakfast quite wholesome. I enjoyed fruit, yogurt, and granola with juice. Tea and coffee were also available. A full English breakfast was made to order. The host chatted with us.
Street location means some traffic noise. I used earplugs.

the hosts provided good communication. they messaged me with access information. the rooms contained everything i needed. i found the rooms comfortable.
the shower had very poor water pressure. i also experienced issues with the water temperature. the corridors were noisy. the plumbing made a lot of noise as well.

The location allowed an easy walk to the city centre. Breakfast offered a good selection of bread and a very tasty cooked meal. The dining room had a very friendly atmosphere. The host was super lovely and has amazing plans for the place.
There was some traffic noise from the street, so a room at the back of the building may have been quieter.

The breakfast included freshly made options, such as a vegetarian full breakfast and a traditional breakfast. The coffee was AMAZING!!! and a variety of choices was available. The dining room was very cute.

The room was comfortable and clean. I found an iron and ironing board. The television in the single room was fabulous. The bed was very comfy. Décor was fresh.

The room had a nice TV. it also had tea and coffee making facilities.
The stairs were narrow. I struggled with my luggage. The shower had an instant electric water heater. It was impossible to regulate the temperature. The check out time was too early.

parking was easy outside near the pub. staff was friendly. breakfast was cooked fresh and served in a nice room. the bedroom was a good size and quiet.
the shower water pressure was not great.

The shower pressure was shockingly low. regulating the water temperature proved impossible. the noise from the plumbing was constant. It disrupted the peace i expected. the noise made a good night's sleep quite difficult.
